EDUCATION CRISIS AMERICA!

Psst, there’s an education crisis in America. I know! It took until we heard Tom Brokaw’s gravelly voice to finally announce it. (Screw you Brian Williams.) America -- this education crisis -- ask yourself…is it all that bad? I for one am against thinking. I joined the anti-think movement back in the day. It's hosted by Paris Hilton and funded by Lindsay Lohan’s drug dealer.

Thinking just complicates things, people. It causes headaches. Second of all, I wouldn't have to pretend and use big words for my blog to look sophisticated <--- Haha, see what I mean. I can finally speak in my natural tongue.

Me speak English good. You speak English badder.

Now, folks, don’t just take my word for it. Glenn Beck also agrees with me and if Glenn Beck agrees with me that means over twenty million people in his head also agreed with me.

Glenn Beck was also brilliant to point out that or founders were in fact home schooled, and that public education is wrong and evil. Just like those damn liberal colleges.
It's not like public education wasn't around back before we were an established nation or anything. We used to take the old homes of Indians and ransack them to learn about how the Amish were already out dated and why powdered wigs are racist.

You mean to tell me I have to think now in the real world? I just sat behind some brainy kids in high school. And when they weren't there I would just write random answers and turn it in and get full credit just for doing it.
Nothing wrong with that system I mean it's not like we should grade a student based on how well he understands a piece of material. That would be discouraging and racist! Furthermore, why would we need Congress to continue to achieve everything we ever wanted and work hard together to establish laws to help each other in or society? I like choosing some guy who cheated through law school than actually going to law school myself.

I prefer to just nod my head and vote based on who has the coolest slogan. I think in 2012 I'll go for Obama's new slogan: change you may or may not discover.

Thinking…who needs it?

26 year old stealers

“Oh my gosh!” That's what I said when I heard the first part of the socialism package – I mean the healthcare package – became effective.

I mean, it's nothing important. Just kids being able to be on their parent’s healthcare until age 26. Once again they promote sheer laziness! All this does is ensure Jon Stewart fans live longer, it's not like it benefits anyone. You're only 26 once! All those other years in between, what about us? It's…it's… it's AGE WARFARE!

Well, unless you’re subconscious about your age, then you've been 26 for twenty or so years.

Now, I'm told this benefits college kids. Please, college? What an elitist idea! It makes up 0.00001% of the population. (I got these numbers from Wikipedia.)

So, that's why I've drawn you a little visual aid to help you out here.

You + Money

= LOST to HEALTH

I mean, what have 26 year olds done for you? Nothing! They breathe your same air and usually end up infecting it by dirty gases or lack of showers in their dorms.

So get on environmentalists YEEHA!

So I am now proposing a way to expose Obama's socialistic insane age favourtism ways!

We all sign up, say that we’re twenty six, just like we tell our children or neighbors.

It's harmless to lie to the government. Nothing can go wrong and we can have our parents take care of our health.

Happy 26th birthday!

The Name Game

Hello blog, today I'm going to present my case. If the GOP wins in November they are still losers in the long run. For one, like most of you may know. They’re divided – Tea Party and Moderates. However, if you look even deeper you can see they’re even MORE divided.

There are so many things they disagree on and then try to say they’re a party.
You got fundamentalists, libertarians, Tea baggers, Sarah Palin (yes, she gets her own category).

All of these elements and they’re primed to take the house. Their sole argument this election is to say that Democrats couldn't change and get it done. Do you expect them to not do the same with all these elements? Imagine if a Fundamentalist wanted to pass a law that said prayer is mandatory in schools. Do you expect the Libertarians to lie down and vote with them? Hell, no!
Try another one: Tea Baggers want to keep the bush Tax Cuts, now there's not so many left, but they’re still are fiscally old school. Conservatives who will say, “No we can’t do that because it costs four times more than the damn plans Obama put out” that we complained cost too much.
With all of these dysfunctions and different ideologies clashing, how can you expect them to get anything worthy done?
In the end it will just be the failure of the GOP. The people, if my predictions are correct, will see that they can’t accomplish anything either and hop back to the Democrat ticket, give up on voting, or somehow stay republican which it's on them if they do.

So, what do you do at that point? Your party is dysfunctional, you can’t pass the legislation you want too and get heated within your own party. So you split Tea Baggers probably first, then Fundies and even the old school conservatives. The Libertarians. And we end up with these multiple parties
Even more so with the idea Newt has to shut down the federal Government BECAUSE THAT WORKED OH SO WELL FOR YOU IN THE 90'S NEWT.
Now, granted, Liberals have this problem too. Blue Collars etc, but they don’t have a massive entity at the moment pushing them and gaining support by the day (Tea Baggers). If the Tea Baggers get their way what does that show to the other factions? Well if they’re on their own Libertarians can be too! Or Fundamentalists can too!

And so on and so on until the three letters GOP become...an afterthought.

The World According to TangentX

50th post! 50th post! 50th post!
Hello blog, yes it's my 50th post! I never understood why things like 50 or 100 or 200 or 1000 are any different from the number in front of them. But as custom dictates it's a celebration. An extravaganza, a smorgasbord! A casserole of laughs.
I will do something different; I'm going to talk about me today and not the tea party or the liberals.
I'll start with politics; I was raised in a family that couldn't give a damn about politics. My Dad is a conspiracy theorist and a man who has given up hope on any president or public figure. My Mom doesn't have time for politics. She works a lot, has to care for three kids and my Dad.
So I wasn't forced into any views I adapted them myself. I read my textbooks and saw how the system worked. I, just like so many "youngins", paid attention to the 2008 presidential election. However I didn't buy Obama's speeches and just knowing McCain agrees with Bush on a lot of things turned me away.
So, as the election died down and the "youngins" slowly faded back into there usual lifestyle of stalking Justin Bieber, I stuck around. 2012 I will be able to vote, so I wanted to find a party. I initially went with the Democratic Party because I only heard about Bush and McCain most of the time. I disliked both of them so I said Ok lesser of two evils.
So I met some Liberals on the internet, at school, then I noticed how I didn't fit in with the Liberals. I wasn't a vegan, I wasn't for higher taxes. I'm fine with the second amendment and the list goes on. So, I didn't want to consider myself a Liberal anymore,
So this time I looked more at the conservative values and that is where I found the choices of Small Government, low taxes, less spending, people that value the constitution no matter there religion, party, or what they felt was morally right or wrong. It was in the interest of the constitution and I really liked that.
Then the Tea Party came, and so did being generalized. Anytime I'd say I was Conservative I was labeled racist, a fundy, Bill O'reilly lover, Fox News watcher, all of it. No matter how much you would plead or present your case of old fashioned conservative values you would have to face the images on Fox or in the media of Palin being a total idiot.
So, I went down the middle. I'm not in either party. I then saw that people are willing to throw support just for being in their party it makes me sick. No matter who it is and how split their ideology of conservatives are or some Liberals are. They will still go for them, and not for the actual person running.
So that's how I became what I am in how I look at politics.

On the deeper more sensitive subject of Religion, it goes a lot further back and more back-and-forth and quite personal. I grew up a moderate. I was sent to church and the Sunday school system. From as early as I could remember I was always, always skeptic. I'd go into class and fight myself in my own mind saying “There's God. No there isn't.” It was a confusing time. I think the longest I could go with accepting it completely was two months.

Despite this I still went to Church and always wondered why the priest did only a few lessons or readings despite how massive the content in the bible was. I started reading it on my own and learned more about the faith I was involved with than when I went to Church. I'm not going to lie; I didn't like what I read from the parts about homosexuals to race. I didn't like it plain and simple. I think that's when I let go. I still couldn't let it go though and for a long time I blocked it out and didn't think about it until this past summer where I finally cut it and told my parents how I felt.
I didn't feel I was a good Catholic anyway. What kind of Catholic would debate his creation inside his own church? I'd sit through sermons asking if he was real. I think that was also a contributing part to becoming who I am. I let go of religion and now I'm at peace. I couldn't ask for anything more.
My Mom is religious and my Dad and I, I think, grew closer with these conversations. I learned more about my Dad and I liked it. My Mom wasn't happy about it, but thankfully accepts who I am. However I promised my Mom and my family I'd never tell some of the more Catholic members of the family how I felt. Notably my Grandma, who I love very much.
So, I close this 50th entry knowing how long I've spent here in such a small amount of time. Hope you enjoyed it so far, cheers to another 50.

Black Magic Woman

Hello blog, so the woman of the hour, Christine O'Donnell, had a video released about her about her witchcraft ways! I only have one question, why does this even matter? I don’t see how it sways anyone and it seems fictional quite frankly or fake. However, what I do find interesting is the fact O'Donnell points out the blood on the altar's and those practices. She pretty much says they were Satanists which most aren’t.

It is funny though that she will actually lose votes for this. Some Christians are mortified by this. So you’re telling me the deciding factor of you not voting for her is witchcraft in high school? Not misinforming teens by telling them condoms do not help prevent HIV? Or to try to home run this Abstinence program that has worked soooo well.

In personal experience I know abstinence sucks. I used to be involved in a local church that promoted abstinence and I went to school with a few people, mostly girls, who went to the same church.

This school year almost all the girls that went to my church are pregnant. Yeah, abstinence, that’s a successful program.

Don’t think that's enough. Look at the demography for White Evangelical teenage boys. They are more sexually active than these racists who say minorities are the promiscuous bunch. Face it, teenagers will continue to have sex and be sexually active. Just telling them "No" isn't going to help, but you can help by informing them of safe practice. I honestly feel like a bad tape recorder repeating this stupid argument. How is it even debatable?

Furthermore, there are even those types that are really wacked out. I never understood how telling a girl at age two she could go into fire and brimstone for eternity for not doing the right thing. But learning about sex in general is forbidden at age sixteen or even in some cases all the way to the twenties.

Inform me on that one can anyone?

So witchcraft O'Donnell can you cast a spell that maybe set higher expectations for a teenager, instead of portraying them as promiscuous little balls of life. And use this belief system that says if you have high expectations for a child then they are likely to try to grasp those expectations and achieve them.

Something tells me that one isn't in your spell book.

The State of TangentX Address

Hello blog, as promised I’m going to talk about a few things that I want to get off my chest. First off I want to say how saddening it is to see my fellow Americans vote these Tea Partiers in without them giving any facts some going the whole campaign without even debating there counterpart. The fact we can now win elections just by spreading fear campaigns is disheartening.

Nonetheless I want to make a little resolution from this post onward to not call any official Tea Partier a member of the GOP. I think they go far enough to not be considered the same party. The moderate GOP is fighting this tea party. Christine O'Donnell took the win a few days ago and we have seen her get bashed by the GOP, the party she is supposed to be in.

So I want to make a little resolution that I don’t call any Tea Partier a member of the GOP, there just Tea Partiers to me nothing else. Anyway, this isn't my primary focus. not the Tea Party insanity or the faltering GOP.

I want to talk to the liberals out there.

Hi, I'm TangentX, remember a couple years ago when you fought the D.C. streets everyday with signs and colorful insight and you took the senate and house by storm? You even got your guy elected up there. Then, for whatever damn reason, you stopped after he got elected. Are you guys seriously? Are you that naive to think putting someone as the president was going to solve all the problems? Instead this false idea got planted in your heads that said, “We won game set match! We got our guy!”

No, you need to take back your streets. Libs, everyday you hear the core argument of the GOP that Obama is on a fringe and has no support. That's where you disarm that comment by taking back D.C. and doing what you did for eight years march, march, march.

But no, instead this group called the Tea Party emerged and took what Obama applied to us. "Change you can believe in". Well, things are changing, we got people who are about to enter the senate who are anti-abortion even in cases of incest and rape. How? Because they are going up against liberals who aren't willing to even fight. Are you scared? I can understand, stupid can be scary, especially when you got an evangelical on Fox saying that Liberals are going to become violent.

I still can’t comprehend how you guys haven't made social security the home run issue. Look at the statistics 90% want their social security intact, but somehow you have let these Republicans say it's draining us dry even if it has a damn surplus until 2030!

Ladies and gentlemen, if you haven't heard, if the Republicans take back Washington they plan to shut down the Federal Government. Social Security checks will be gone and a lot of other programs too. Just so they can get what they want namely the Tax breaks. The same Tax breaks that have a vast majority on the edge of people saying, “No to extending them”. The same Tax Breaks that would cost more than the Stimulus.

Chalk one up for the Tea Baggers

Christine O’Donnell silenced everyone again by defeating GOP's Castle last night. A few things going through my head is that this is terrible for the GOP to lose a good shot at Delaware with a moderate, but this is also terrible for all of us. We make our jokes about the Tea Party and how insane they are. Just note they should be taken seriously folks. There winning primaries we said they had no chance now there winning primaries. The same people are saying they will lose in November. So far you're 0-1. Your predictions aren't going so well.

People are listening to what these guys have to say, and it doesn't matter what or who they are now. This crop of people, O’Donnell extremely confused on Sex, she offers a cure to fix gay's for crying out loud. We got a guy in New York giving racist jokes on E-mails and porn, as well as bestiality, and he's doing well in New York. We got this crop of candidates all across the board of total insanity and scandals. And people DON’T CARE! Biggest Medicare fraud ever, sure you're in. Living off campaign money for the last three years and not paying your employees, got my vote. Someone, just for being as stupid as Palin, worshipped. List goes on and on, Obama said change is gonna come and people are saying "No, you haven't changed anything." I'm looking around today at these Tea Partiers and I think they stole his slogan from you guys and took matters into their own hands.

I'll have A TON more on this tomorrow. I'm going to touch a lot of topics that I feel relate to all this. I think I might have to make it two parts because I want to hit a lot of things so have a good one and see you tomorrow.

Self Interests

Hello blog, last week I had mentioned a small business bill that would help over 90% of small businesses to hire and get on track. This bill was built with Republicans and Democrats.

Republicans, like RNC chairman Michael Steele, loved the idea of opening capital for Small business and thought it would help tremendously. Then...whoops Obama passed the bill. Then Michael Steel came back the next week to say this bill was a TERRIBLE idea. Just seven days he changes his heart completely about a bill that helps the people they claim to support all the time.

With the lack of options, to not look completely stupid to even the blind people, Fox and Friends quickly solved our problems. By talking about Small Business and how making 250 grand a year is not much...Not much? The average household makes So far less than that. The interesting statistic that comes out of all this, however, is that people making over 250 grand are the…Yes, top two percent!

We live in a time of great distrust of Washington. My distrust goes beyond the campaign slogans about how they appeal to the people and how they will change Washington. It goes to protecting personal interest and your party and NOT the American people that YOU ALL CHIME ABOUT all the time.

You always go on to say how we’re hurting. Yes we’re hurting, but things like this Bill take so long to pass just because the GOP wouldn't swallow some pride! It's a joke, and what will they do next hmm? My guess is they will then say this Bill was ALL their idea and that the Dems tried to reject it.

And what is small business to the GOP anyway? Making 250 grand isn't rich? Only a handful make that much in this country. To them Millionaires are small business, I guess, just remember the next time you hear about how they represent small business to approach it from a skeptic standpoint, because I question it greatly. Instead of getting us back up you want to make sure you win in November. Instead of getting new hirers you want to make sure the Dems fail. Instead of working together to represent the people you sell out to greed. That's what I MEAN by politician’s gone Washington.

Fail Fridays

Hello blog, Friday Failures you me now go.

#5 the GOP, the ones that aren't drinking burning hot insanity tea, you know the ones that actually aren’t insane. These guys are pretty wounded. You’re fighting your own party against the Tea Party and fighting dems at the same time. You keep losing your tickets to the Tea Party and you try to cover them up by making them appear mainstream. But long behold the Internet the place where quotes and tape never die.

Soon Nora O’Donnell might beat out Castle the long time conservative who has yet to lose a single election. Won’t that be interesting.

#4 Enthusiasm is always encouraged especially at baseball games. Throw in a foul ball and it's borderline spastic. This guy though...if he would have just calmed down he could of avoided a lot of pain, a lot of moving and a lot of embarrassment.

Ok first of all look around him there’s like one guy for the next twelve rows why are you diving like it's a huge battle for it your alone. Second you miss the ball then you mishandle it again and it falls out to where someone has to hand it to you. Once again could've been avoidable.

#3 Back to the hopeful out of Delaware, O’Donnell. Today she challenged her opponent Castle telling him to "quit cooking, and put on your man pants." Just to say that even though she's running against this guy that her comment had nothing to do with the campaign.

Isn't talking anytime about your opponent have to do with your campaign?

#2 Glenn Beck and Palin has a shared failure together. These two plan to hold an event in Alaska on 9/11. For the American people! The people willing to pay $240+ dollars. Oddly enough, though, where the proceedings go is unknown.....Right.

Beer is being provided! In fact, it's mandatory because it's necessary to be intoxicated to make people believe 9/11 was a plot in which every single Muslim in the United States was involved.

#1 Words cannot describe how terrible this person is, but here we go.

Linda Parker, a principle out of a Texas School, suspended a student for coming into school with red eyes. She reported him and got him suspended for three days. Then he was expelled and was told he would be moved to a different school.

Then there was this thing called drug testing in which he proved that he had NOT taken any drugs.

Oh, and if you were wondering why his eyes were red. It's because his father was stabbed to death recently. Probably, I don’t know, crying?

Oh and in expected reasoning the kid? He doesn't have to change schools, but he's still suspended for three days justice nice!

Who are they really hurting?

Hello blog, it's come to a lot of our attention that on September 11th there will be an international burn the Koran day. This idea came from a Florida church and quickly has spread to the Middle East. Anger has already escalated in the Middle East. Petraeus himself also said this would put soldiers in danger if they saw the Koran being burned.

This all of course is in response to the Ground Zero Mosque. While personally I'm not going to lie and say how offending it would be to burn the Qur'an, I'm not Muslim, I wouldn't know. It is interesting to me however that to these people who are "offended" by the Mosque, who wish to participate in this burning of the Koran, know full well Muslims have the right to build the Mosque. HOWEVER, in your response with the burnings, you do realize what YOU plan to do is banned?

In some states you can make a fire in your yard sure, but you can’t throw books into the fire or other flammable things. Already the fire department plans to be at this event to put out any of the Korans being burned. Fascinating, to get even with something perfectly legal you do something illegal, congratulations.

Getting back to the sensitivity of the Mosque being at Ground Zero, the first amendment does not also come with sensitivity connotation rules. You can’t just say well that might hurt feelings we can’t do that. THAT’S THE POINT of the first amendment where unpopular things are allowed even if the majority sounds them out. They have the right too just like we all have the right to criticize it like you already have. Just like I have the right to criticize the criticizers for being fear mongers.

If they own the land they can do whatever they want to. Hell, they can even openly say this Mosque is to honor those who died the attacks on 9/11. That's there right to do that if they own the land. We all seem to have forgotten the purpose of the 9/11 attacks. To strip us of our freedoms, to take away our liberty and freedom! Look at what's transpiring in Manhattan. There accomplishing what they set out to do to us on that day.

If you burn the Koran, you don’t like the Mosque, so obviously you mourned at 9/11, like Petraeus warned the REAL radicals in the Middle East are going to see that. Now you tell me what could happen in retaliation. Don’t forget ladies and gentlemen, while you’re fighting moderate American Muslims in our own backyard, the true radicals see the hatred of Islam and the burning of there Koran. It becomes a propaganda field day and they will show the few middle easterners who want democracy, who want freedom, and are only moderate muslins, and you give them that and you pass on a whole new line of recruits of hatred towards the USA.

Good luck

What's best for the people?

"They've attacked us, sabotaged us, abducted us--" Ops, wrong speech
Hello blog, yesterday President Obama made his speech in Wisconsin about future plans for the economy. Among the highway jobs and railroads there’s another portion I want to bring to you attention. The money sent to corporations—small business and big corporations.
Billions of dollars granted to corporations to invest into equipment and billions more sent to small businesses for relief. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? Wouldn't that go with the republican agenda? Right, so if we apply a little logic that would mean Republicans would agree and give props to Obama for doing something they have wanted to do since 2008.

Nope, sorry wrong they got you again!

Obama was instead criticized from all sides about this new plan. It was also suggested that this plan be approached with skepticism. Basically, don’t do this plan, Obama, until republicans take over the senate. So then they can pass it and claim the credit.
Like I've said before, ladies and gentlemen, this is politics at its worst. When you put aside your parties principles in which people look to VOTE FOR YOU or to look past helping the American people! Just to protect your party’s interest. That is politics at its worst easily.
Speaking of attacking Obama, I think we have heard the common argument on "Obamacare" that it shouldn't be done because the majority disagrees. Which wouldn't be all that bad of a statement if the Republicans didn’t want to extend Bush’s Tax cuts. (Only 35% of Americans care about or think will help in anyway.)
I don’t understand the logic of saying because the majority doesn't approve it shouldn't be done. Isn't that politics 101. Douchebaggery, do things to get re-elected even if people don’t like it. And since when is always agreeing with the majority a good thing. The majority a number of times have been wrong. Slavery, Women’s rights you name it. All looked down upon in its town and disliked by the majority. Now am I saying they should ignore the majority? No, but trying to make a point out of it over one issue even though your party does it too makes very little sense to me.
Face it folks, Obama was spot on in his speech when he said Republicans would say the sky isn't blue, and that is what I hate about the campaign season. Let's move back to the issues not hide the Mosque from Ground Zero to make issues out of something that should be settled with the fact they have the constitutional right. No, we will still talk about it though instead of things like Sharon Angle wanting to have every pregnancy investigated. Everyone loves Washington!

That is So Mainstream

Hello Blog, hope you had a good Labor Day weekend.

This will be pretty short, I'm kind of busy and it's late. Anyway, so I see on Fox News that they like to claim they aren't mainstream media. However, they go on to show proudly that they are the most watched news network with, of course, O'Reilly on top of the list. How does this work? I mean, Mainstream means common ideas. If you’re the most watched news network out of the big three then wouldn't that make you mainstream? To me, Mainstream media doesn't exist. If your on National Television, and get views into the hundreds of thousands to the millions. If you’re on TV and people watch your show then there’s a good chance they agree with your ideas. If you have it into the millions like some of these guys do then that idea is shared with millions.

Wouldn't that make you "Mainstream"?
That's just my opinion though. Let's ask the readers, though. Some reader interaction is always fun. How would you define the "Mainstream Media"? Would Fox news fit into the "Mainstream Media"? Then, of course, how was your Labor Day weekend? Did you spend it as well as I did, in that I mean catch up on procrastinated school work?

Fail Friday

Hello blog, it's Friday which means it's time for the top 5 failures of the week.

Let's get right into it.

You're in a timeout, you lying liar.
#5 Glenn Beck was caught LYING, what a shocker. Remember the whole restore honor spiel, where he said he touched the George Washington inaugural speech. Yeah, apparently that was a LIE. Really guys?! Out of ALL the things Beck has said over the years which are a little less than truthful, with his statistics and "infinite knowledge" on the founding fathers, this is the one thing we catch him on. Something that everyone knows is obviously false. However, he still fails for lying at a restoring the honor rally. Honor knows its boundaries and it goes hand-in-hand with lying.

I have 5 words for you. War Zone! Oh, wait...
#4 Newt Gingrich now has a new idea for the Park 51 Mosque. IT’S A WAR ZONE. He wants it identified as a warzone to prevent the Mosque from being constructed. The loophole? He doesn't say where it ends. So, just assuming from what I have seen lately, Tennessee is far too close to Park 51.

"I would like...to say...how much...eh, forget it."
#3 Jan Brewer...Your debate earlier this week is legend... Sorry, I forgot what I was going to say during my opening statement. Now she says she refuses to debate anymore. Jeez, wonder why?

#2 Joe Miller!

This Fail Friday is brought to you by Jesus, Mary  Joseph. Beat that Joe!
You had a big upset win earlier in Alaska. Looks like you got a lot of things going your way, including God. Yes, it’s official. God is now, according to Miller, funding his campaign! All this time I thought he was backed by his father, the logo on Brawny towels.

#1 The U.S. Open security officials, spectators, the woman and her elderly man failed this week. Congratulations for winning FAILURE of the week, ya’ll. So, in case you didn’t see it, this young man is talking trash to some woman and an older man. Boy those Tennis matches get really rowdy don’t they? All that bottled water really gets you in a daze. So they start arguing then out of nowhere the older gentleman stumbles onto the younger man and the younger man pushes him down the steps! This did take a few minutes with many spectators watching. So for security to answer a screaming sparring match with hundreds of spectators around is TOO much I guess.

The woman then goes to try to strangle the younger man and is quickly broken up. Now this younger man is clearly a D-bag. But if we hit or try to strangle anyone who's ever argued with you I think you'd have a lot of charges against you. What is interesting is the spectators are yelling for the YOUNGER man to be thrown out. Not the elder gentleman and the woman. Furthermore, it seemed the older man he fell on his own rather than the man pushing him. I couldn't understand why anyone would resort to using violence in front of hundreds at a tennis match. To anyone also feeling sorry for the older man, why? He attacked the younger man first and it looked to me that the older man fell on his own and didn't need much help from the younger man to fall down. Does age suddenly justify whether or not you can hit someone without facing repercussions?

Drill Baby Drill

Hello blog, once again there was another oil accident. This time not as catastrophic, no one was hurt, and it was done via platform instead of deepwater horizon.

why is this worth talking about? The coast guard reported a spill about one hundred feet wide about 200 miles west of BP's massive spill. And then what happened? Four hours later they say there was NO SPILL. How exactly do you say so accurately that there was one hundred feet wide then four hours later say “Ops, never mind”?

I'm not trying to be some conspiracy theorist, but oil companies and telling the truth to the media mix about as well as…well, oil and water. BP lied to the president themselves about the size of their spill. So I think it's fair to say there COULD be another spill.
Enough assumptions, though. I want to talk about the hypocrites who tell Obama to do something about these accidents. Yet, if he does something he will be called a socialist and supporter of big government because these corporations are NOT owned by the Government. They OWN the government!

Let’s resume. If Obama would have "done" something like he was "supposed to" wouldn't he then be called a socialist for being involved in corporation and regulating them? If he doesn't do anything and lets corporations lie out their teeth as it tries to get out of this mess anyway possible by doing as little as they can.

Which are you guys going to pick? You tie his hands down once again and no matter what he does he is bad or wrong. Don’t worry, though, we have new ways of hitting Obama now. I've heard that Obama himself is causing these explosions. Yes people are now saying that since 2 explosions have occurred within the last five months during Obama's presidency it is EVER SO clear that Obama has caused it.

Even though there was about two to three every year including in 2007 when there was four. So yeah...whatever? Instead of going after the real problem – the inspectors of these rigs who come from an industry that doesn’t care nor look until these kind of things happen – let’s just blame Obama.

Trying to enforce and get better inspectors and tighter regulations? I do not mean make MORE REGULATIONS. I mean being STRICTER about them. Making more regulations just oh, I don’t know, gives more rules for these companies not to follow.

Who am I kidding? Just blame Obama.
